RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimates
  • Bodysuits
  • Seasonal and/or holiday items
  • Clearance items (indicated with a red sale price on the tag or website listing)
  • Items purchased during certain promotions (promotional details will indicate this)

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: 

Merchandise purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, and must be done within 30 days of original purchase.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all price tags intact. Shoes must be in their original packaging.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Full price items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Some exclusions may apply. All items must be unworn, unused/unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. 

For items purchased online, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you live locally, feel free to drop into any of our locations to complete your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.

Any returns on orders that received free shipping will have standard shipping fees deducted from their refund.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the original shoe box, or a missing shoe box, will make the shoes ineligible for a return. Shoes must be UNWORN for a return or exchange to be processed.

Permanent Jewelry is excluded from all sales, promotions, and discounts.

Birkenstock is excluded from all sales, promotions, and discounts.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS: 

Discounted and sale merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 30 days of original transaction.

    Returns by mail checklist:

    • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package.
    • Items must be returned neatly packaged/folded, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund.
    • Please mail the merchandise back to us using any mailing service of your choice.

    Exchanges by mail:

    Please contact us for any exchanges so we can process them. If you are local, you can bring your item by any of our locations for an exchange within 30 days of receipt (unless indicated above as a final sale item).

    All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as well as any new shipping charges for the new item.

    SHIPPING OPTIONS:

    We do not currently offer international shipping.

    We offer free in-store pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Your order will be ready for pickup in 1-3 business days.

    $7.95 Flat rate shipping for orders under $100. Expect shipping to take 5-10 business days. If you need it faster, please select Rush Shipping. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.

    Free shipping on all orders over $100.

    REWARDS:

    Rewards can currently be redeemed in-store or online once you are logged into your account. Purchases with Rewards applied are not eligible for cash back returns, and are only eligible for store credit and exchanges.
