RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:
It is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item you purchased isn't what you were expecting or you have changed your mind, please send FULL PRICE items back within 21 days of date item was received. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged & folded, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. If items miss the return window, are not neatly packaged or are damaged/worn, we will not be able to process your return and items will be returned to you. That you so much for your honesty and consideration, we truly appreciate your business.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return. Shoes must be UNWORN for a return or exchange to be processed.
If you live locally, you are able to drop off items at our store location. Please allow 3-5 days for return processing.
If you do not live locally, please mail the merchandise back to us using any mailing service of your choice. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

Merchandise may be exchanged for size or returned for store credit only. We do not give refunds.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Original receipt must be present.
Merchandise for return or exchange must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all price tags intact.
Shoes must be in their original packaging.
Please contact us for any exchanges so we can process them. If you are local, you can bring your item by any of our locations for an exchange within 21 days.
All return shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as any new shipping charges for the new item.

We offer free in-store pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Usually, your order will be ready for pickup in 1-2 business days.

Rewards can currently only be redeemed in-store or over the phone. To earn rewards for your online purchases, please email a copy of your receipt to email@example.com. Please allow 5-7 business days for the purchase to reflect in your account.
